Dear Friends of Israel
I need your help to defend Israel. On the 10 May 2012 , Minister Davies proposed legislation in the Government Gazette [ notice 379 of 2012] that unfairly singles out Israel. I need all of you to Flood his inbox with thousands of emails showing him that we won't accept legislation that unfairly singles out Israel and that Israel has many faithful friends in South Africa. Israel is a spiritual and a moral issue and we have to show them that Shahuda Street who proposed this unfair legislation only represent a minority in this country.
GG notice 379 of 2012 states that traders in South Africa must not incorrectly label products originating from the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT) as products of Israel. It places the responsibility for identifying the products on the shoulders of the vendor. When faced with the practical difficulties of tracing the origins of the goods, vendors will avoid importing products from Israel. This is of course the hidden agenda of Open Shuhada Street, which advocates a boycott against Israel to bring about it's ultimate destruction.
You can make a difference, Israel needs your help!
